Purchase Order Form For Transcription Services
As pursuant to SC GEN 7 Transcripts in Civil Proceedings (First Revision) and SC CC 1 Commercial Court (First revision), an order of transcript is required to be obtained by the initiating party for all directions hearings, interlocutory hearings, urgent applications and trials in the Supreme Court, Commercial Division. From the commencement until the completion of the proceeding, this is a standing order for service.

  Acknowledgement of Terms of Sale

By submitting this order, I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms of Sale. I acknowledge the following:

  • I understand by completing this form that I am placing a standing order which will be relied upon for the provision of transcription services each time the matter is listed for hearing.
  • I acknowledge and warrant that I am authorised to place this order and I am placing this order on behalf of my firm/company or myself and do so in the capacity as a principal and not in any capacity as an agent.
  • Legal Transcripts Pty Ltd is providing goods and services to my firm/company or me on the essential condition that the Contract is providing goods and services to my firm/company or me as the principal and not in any capacity as an agent.
  • The Supreme Court of Victoria requires parties to order and pay for transcript prior to the commencement of the hearing. My firm/company or I agree to pay all Legal Transcripts Pty Ltd fees for transcription services when requested via a secured online payment facility.
  • Provision of the daily transcript service is subject to the hearing sitting no later than 3:30pm that day and the order for the daily transcript being received by Legal Transcripts Pty Ltd in advance of that day - otherwise the delivery of transcript may be delayed and may not be finalised until the following working day.
